BreachofContractLiability:**

1.Ifthesupplierprovidesfoodthatdoesnotmeetnationalstandards,theywillbe

liableforcompensationaccordingly;

2.IfPartyAdiscoversanysafetyhazardsinthefoodprovidedbyPartyB,theyhave

therighttoterminatethecontractimmediatelyandrequirethesuppliertobeartherelated

responsibilities;

**IV.OtherMatters:**

I.Thiscontractshallcomeintoeffectuponthesealofbothparties;

2.Thiscontractisinduplicate,withPartyAandPartyBholdingoneeach,having

equallegaleffect;

3.Incaseofdisputes,thetwopartiesshallresolvethemamicably.Iftheycannot

resolvethemamicably,theymaybringalawsuittothecourt.

**一、协议内容：**

1.供应商必须严格遵守食品卫生安全法规；

2.供应商应提供真实、有效的食品生产许可证明；

3.供应商保证提供的食品符合国家标准，并保证食品质量；

4.供应商应负责食品运输安全，并提供运输保障措施；

5.供应商应配合匹克餐厅的食品安全检测要求；

**二、协议期限：**

本协议自签署日起生效，有效期为一年，到期后双方协商续签。

**三、违约责任：**

1.若供应商提供不符合标准的食品，将承担相应的赔偿责任；

2.若匹克餐厅发现乙方提供的食品存在安全隐患，有权中止合作，并追究供应

商的相关责任：

theyhavetherighttosuspendcooperationandholdthesupplieraccountableforrelated

equallegaleffect;
