天津商业大学 2010-2011 学年商务管理结课论文我国民营企业社会责任问题研究以上海复星医药为例姓 名： 学 号： 班 级： 指导老师： 2011 年 10 月 28 日I致谢本文是在导师刘安教授的严格要求和悉心指导下完成的，从论文选题、写作到定稿，无不倾注了刘老师的大量心血和精力。刘老师具有的渊博科学严谨的治学态度、诲人不倦的育人精神使学生终生难忘并铭记在在此，谨向刘老师表示最衷心的感谢。在论文写作过程中，同学们给予了我无私的建议、鼓励和帮助，使我从中受益匪浅。值此论文完成之际，衷心的向以上老师、同学以及给与过我无私的而又无法一一列举的老师和同学们表示最深的谢意和敬意。最后，我还非常感谢那些以一定方式影响本论文的论述思想的作者和学院图书馆的工作人员，为我查阅资料提供了许多方便。论文中的不足之处，请各位老师不吝赐教。II摘要随着经济全球化的深入和以人为本社会价值观念的强化，国际社会对企业的社会责任要求已经从号召转变成一种具体行动，企业承担社会责任已经成为一种不可阻挡的国际趋势，引起了社会各界的广泛关注，但无论是理论界还是实际工作部门对企业社会责任的认识还是存在很大的误解。因此，开展对企业社会责任的研究，具有相当迫切的现实意义和理论意义。本文采取理论研究和案例分析相结合发方法，首先从理论上对企业社会责任研究进行梳理，进而对我国民营企业履行社会责任的现状进行描述和分析，尝试从民营企业自身、政府以及社会多重角度为促进民营企业社会责任的履行提出解决方案和策略，最后总结了国内优秀的民营企业复星医药履行社会责任的成功案例。论文研究的基本思路是提出问题，分析问题，解决问题。本文研究的目的是对民营企业的社会责任进行系统的分析，分析民营企业社会责任的现状、社会责任缺失的原因、强化的对策；并期望通过系统的分析为民营企业的健康发展提供一个思路和导向，进而提高民营企业的竞争力，使其积极投入全球的竞争浪潮中。关键词：民营企业；社会责任；利益相关者；评价体系IIIAbstractWith the globalization of economy and the stronger social concepts of“focusing on human”, the international community has begun to Put the appeal of Corporate Social Responsibility into practices, which would inevitably become a universal trend and arouse the attention from all aspects of the society. However, there have been tremendous misunderstandings on the concept of CSR in both the academic circle and among businesses. Therefore, it is urgent to carry out the research on CSR, which is significant both theoretically and practically.Based on the theoretical research and case studies, this paper firstly introduced and sorted out the theory of corporate social responsibility, and then described and analyzed the status quo of the Chinese private enterprises fulfilling their social responsibility in the transition period. Finally, it put forward solutions and strategies on urging private enterprise to fulfill the social responsibility from the perspective of the private enterprise itself, the government, and the society. At the end of this paper, there is a case study on the successful fulfilling of corporate social responsibility of Fosun Pharma. The line of this paper is to identify the problem - to analyze the problem - to solve the problem. The main purpose of this paper is to have a systematic analysis on the corporate responsibility of the private enterprises, which includes the analysis of the status quo of the social responsibility of private enterprises, the main cause of the lack of social responsibility, and strategies to resolve this issue.
