摘要通过对国内外塑料管材机械生产线的研究分析，确定了无屑切割机做为本课题的主要设计内容。无屑切割机用于塑料管材的定长切割，在切割过程中机架上的移动台可以沿着管材挤出方向移动，并保持与管材的同步进给速度。在切割机的前部装有托轮装置，托轮起到支撑和导向的作用，针对不同管径时要予以调节。当翻料架上的行程开关或编码器发出切割信号后，机器夹紧装置上的夹紧控制装置夹牢管材，使管材在切割过程中相对固定，夹紧装置为夹紧块哈夫夹紧，在切割不同规格的管材时，调换相对应的哈夫块。切割工作指令的实现由电机通过V 带传动，而刀片的切削进给由气缸活塞杆缓缓推进而进行的，气缸推力的大小可由气缸的调节阀调节。刀片的无屑切割进给由移动盘和左右移动架来完成的，其中筒轴由轴承支承和定位，所以旋转中心不变使切割机切割管材端面平整，尺寸规范。进刀深度由气缸导向杆旁边的限位调节丝杆调节控制。不同规格的厚度管材，调节丝杆的调节量大小不同。设计过程中查阅了大量国内外的相关资料，所做的设计运用所学的所有专业课程。下文主要阐述塑料管材无屑切割机总体结构设计。切割机设计主要包括，带传动机构、夹紧机构、切割机构、切屑工作台移动导轨、机架设计。关键词: 塑料管材；切割机；无屑式 AbstractThrough to the domestic and foreign plastics tubing mechanical production line research analysis, had determined the non- filings cutter does for this topic main design content.
