m ad i s s e r t a t i o no f c h o n g q i n gu n i v e r s i t y 中文摘要 摘要 翻译活动中从源语到目的语之间有一个相当复杂的过程，如果忽略这一过程 的研究而过分强调翻译的起点和端点，那么翻译理论的研究肯定是不健全的，造 成译者远离翻译理论，翻译理论远离译者的局面。研究翻译过程能帮助我们更好 地认识翻译的本质，它对于把翻译学作为一门独立的学科以及对翻译学学科体系 的建立都具有深远的理论意义。因此本文将借助关联翻译理论及功能目的论来讨 论翻译过程，特别是讨论其核心部分一语用转换问题。功能目的论可以帮助译者对 目标读者和整体翻译策略进行确定并在语用转换后根据翻译目的和译文功能对整 个译文篇章进行调整。关联翻译理论可以在具体转换过程中帮助译者在源语中通 过对源语认知语境的建立来获得原作者的交际意图，并在原交际意图和读者期待 中进行取舍寻找最佳关联。结合这两个理论，本文分了两种情况，一种是原作者 交际意图与译文目的吻合，另一种是原作者交际意图与译文目的不吻合，并以文 章初到中国旅游可到哪些地方及其他例子来展开对具体语用转换策略的分析， 在具体分析转换策略中按照1 ) 整体目的和语用风格的建立；2 ) 具体语用转换分 析；3 ) 译文的组织这三个步骤建立了一个语用转换的模式。并针对语用转换策略 中的既具争议而又非常重要的命题一形式和意义的兼顾一提出了可能的解决方 式：也就是在保证实现译文功能的前提下，尽可能保持形式和意义转换的一致性， 如若不然，则舍弃形式而保证意义的传达。本文旨在对关联翻译理论和目的论进 行互补性探讨来完善和丰富翻译过程中的语用转换策略，并在此基础上建立了语
