The end slots should be firmly secured.4转子平衡块紧固，平衡螺丝锁牢The rotor balance block is tightened and the balancing screw is tightly locked.5风扇完好，方向正确The fan is in good condition with correct rotation direction.6磁极及铁轭固定良好，励磁绕组紧固The magnetic poles and yoke are properly secured and the excitation winding is tightened.7鼠笼式转子导电条和端环焊接良好，浇注无裂纹The conductive bar of cage-type rotor is properly welded on end ring. The casting is free from cracks.8绕组连接正确，焊接良好The windings are correctly connected and welding is well done.9轴承滚动体光滑，与内外圈接触良好，无松动、卡涩The rolling part of the bearing is smooth and in good contact with the internal and external rings. There should be no looseness and seizure. 10轴承内加入适量的润滑脂，一般是填满内部空隙的2/3Bearing should be filled with proper amount of grease, which normally takes 2/3 of the internal clearance.11内部清洁无杂物，通风孔无阻塞Interior should be clean and free of foreign matters. Vents should be free from any blockage.12防爆电机隔爆面及密封衬垫符合要求，螺栓和防松设施齐全The rupture surface and sealing gasket of the explosion-proof should comply with relevant requirements.
